“Base Package” means the essential subscription plan granting access to core functionality.
“Add-ons” means optional, paid features/services available only alongside a Base Package.

DeeGlory provides an all-in-one digital growth and automation platform to help businesses build a strong online presence, generate leads, manage client communication, and streamline operations. Our Services may include:
Website & funnel setup
CRM integrated with Google My Business, Meta, and Google Ads
Social media management
Email and WhatsApp API integration (standard carrier charges applicable)
Automated lead capture, payment collection, and Google review requests
Paid ad campaign setup and management (Meta & Google Ads) and more.
3. Subscriptions & Add-ons
Base Package Required: All subscriptions start with a Base Package that enables platform access and core features.
Add-ons with Base Only: Add-ons cannot be purchased separately and must be prepaid. Unused Add-on benefits do not carry forward.
Plan Details: Current plan inclusions and limits are stated on our website/checkout and may evolve over time.
4. Payment & Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly/annually, as selected) via Razorpay or other supported gateways.
A valid payment method is required. We may automatically retry failed payments; persistent failure may lead to suspension or termination.
5. Refunds (Summary)
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers, subject to conditions (e.g., completed onboarding information). Refunds do not apply to Add-ons, incomplete registrations, or live webinar sessions.

6. Privacy & Data Use
We handle Customer data responsibly and use it only to deliver the Services. We do not sell Customer data. You are responsible for obtaining and managing end-user consents for messaging/marketing (e.g., WhatsApp, email).

7. Non-Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee instant growth or overnight results. Outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including your offerings, market conditions, competition, budget, creative assets, consistency, and internal processes. By using the Services, you acknowledge results may vary.
8. Service Availability
We aim for high availability; however, downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for service interruptions.
9. Third-Party Services
Our Platform integrates with third-party providers (e.g., Meta, Google, WhatsApp, Razorpay). Their policies, pricing, or uptime may change. We are not responsible for third-party changes or interruptions.
10.Fair Usage
To prevent abuse and ensure performance, we may apply reasonable usage limits (e.g., messaging/API volume). If your usage exceeds fair thresholds, we may restrict features or charge additional fees upon notice.
11.Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate, current business and billing information.
Comply with applicable laws (including advertising, data protection, and anti-spam rules).
Do not use the Services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
12.Intellectual Property
All software, designs, workflows, templates, documentation, and content provided by DeeGlory remain our intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription term.
13.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeeGlory from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.
14.Termination
By Company: We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice or explanation if we believe you violated these Terms, pose a risk to the Platform or other users, or for other reasonable cause.
By Customer: You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds unless stated in the Refund Policy.
15.Changes to the Services/Terms
We may update features or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website or communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
16.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
