Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis using Razorpay.com. By subscribing, you authorize DeeGlory Solutions to charge your payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with your subscription plan.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund. Refunds are not available for incomplete registrations or if onboarding information is not provided. Refund is not applicable for live webinars sessions.
3. Payment
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Razorpay.com. You must provide a valid payment method to subscribe to our services.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the payment. If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription may be suspended or terminated.
