Refunds are not applicable for:

AI token consumption
Chat usage charges
Any other usage-based costs
2. Onboarding Information
It is the Subscriber’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete onboarding details, including:
Business information (Name, Address, Authorized User)
Domain information for website/email setup
Social media account access (if outsourced to us)
Other details necessary for service delivery
Refunds cannot be issued if onboarding information is incomplete or delayed.
3.Service Satisfaction
Refunds are only considered if onboarding is completed and the Subscriber is not satisfied with the services.
Reasons for dissatisfaction must be provided.
4. Customer Payment Responsibilities
Customers must link a valid Credit Card or Debit Card in order to use SMS, Calls, AI tokens, WhatsApp services, or other usage-based features of the platform.
DeeGlory / Company is not responsible for:
Overcharges caused by third-party service providers (e.g., Meta, Google, WhatsApp, telecom carriers, payment gateways).
Misconduct, outages, or pricing changes by those third-party providers.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 working days.
Refunds are non-transferable and cannot be redirected to another account.
In case of partial consumption of services (e.g., website setup, ads launched), partial refunds may apply at the Company’s discretion.
